A great new pack from Simms Fishing Products in their 2009 line is the Simms Headwaters Chest Pack. If you are looking for the pack to take to the Gallatin or your local river for an afternoon of fishing the Simms Headwaters Chest Pack is worth considering.
Chestpacks in general don’t hold as much gear as a waist or fanny pack might but their advantages are that they are smaller and are less obstructive on your person while fishing and casting. (more…)
Just when we thought there were some pretty nice options to carry your fishing gear to the river and on the streams, along comes Simms to try and make something even better. We just received new for the 2009 season the Simms Headwaters Day Backpacks and at first glance, I am impressed. Simms looks as though they put a lot of thought into the design and construction of this pack trying to make it clean and functional which I feel is of the upmost importance when designing a backpack for fishing.
